Scientific Collaboration in the Marmara: Recovery of Ocean Bottom Seismometers for Data Analysis

We have begun the recovery of the Ocean Bottom Seismometers (OBS) that were deployed on the seabed of the Sea of Marmara in June 2025. The operations are being carried out onboard the R/V TÜBİTAK Marmara in collaboration with teams from JAMSTEC and NIED from Japan.
